Terms & Conditions

Classes of Ticket Holders

For ticket sales, the following definitions apply:

  • An Adult is a person aged from 26 years and over
  • A Young Person is a person aged 5 – 25 years (inclusive). Young people under the age of 16 will not be admitted without an adult.
  • A child under the age of 5 does not require a ticket.
  • Concession tickets are for those in receipt of benefits, and disabled people.
  • Art Pass holders must present a valid Art Pass upon arrival.
  • Friends must present a valid Friends pass upon arrival.
  • Carer tickets can be booked for disabled visitors.

Family Tickets

When you purchase a Family Ticket, a confirmation email will be sent to the e-mail address you provided. Upon arrival for your visit, you will receive your Family Pass, which can be used for free entry for the following 12 months. Family Tickets are for the use of the named individual only. Identification checks will be made on entry to ensure the named person is visiting. Ditchling Museum of Art + Craft reserves the right to refuse entry to someone who cannot prove they are the named individual on the ticket. Your pass will act as proof of purchase and must be produced on arrival to gain admission. If you lose or forget your Family Ticket Pass, please bring a form of ID and our team will search for you on the museum’s database.

The museum reserves the right to refuse admission.

Any personal details you knowingly provide us with through forms and our email, such as name, address, and telephone number whether in booking tickets online or otherwise, will be collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Resale

No ticket may be resold without the prior written consent of Ditchling Museum of Art + Craft. If any person attempts to enter the museum with a ticket that has been resold without written consent, the museum may refuse entry, and no compensation will be payable.

Refunds and Exchanges

Cancellations must be received 7 working days before the event for a refund. Cancellations received after this period will not be refunded. Contact us at enquiries@ditchlingmuseumartcraft.org.uk to arrange.
